These terms describe the agreement between you and the operator of this ROSASIS AI installation.

Template, not legal advice

This document is a starting template for an operator running this software. It describes what the application actually does, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and it does not establish compliance with GDPR, CCPA or any other regime. Have it reviewed before you rely on it.

The service

The software classifies incoming email, drafts replies, manages tickets and automations, and reports usage. AI output is assistive: it can be wrong, and a human must review it before it is sent to a customer.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions of members you invite. Invitations are limited by your plan's seat count.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Send unsolicited bulk email through connected mailboxes.
Upload content you have no right to process.
Use the service to make automated decisions about people without human review where the law requires it.
Attempt to access another workspace's data.

Trials and billing

Trials are time-limited, usage-limited and available once per email address. Paid plans activate only when a payment provider confirms a transaction by webhook. Prices and limits are configuration and can change; the amount charged is always shown by the provider's checkout page before you pay.

Availability and liability

This is self-hosted software provided without warranty. The operator of the installation is responsible for backups, uptime, monitoring and compliance in their jurisdiction. AI output is provided as-is and should be reviewed by a human.
