AI that stays inside its lane
Every AI call is a server-side request to the provider you configure. Email bodies are treated as untrusted data and wrapped so instructions inside a message cannot escalate privileges. If a question cannot be answered from your documentation, the draft says so instead of inventing a policy.

Human approval, always available
Draft-only is the default reply mode. You can move to human approval, and only then to auto-reply for specific categories — bot senders, duplicates and suspicious mail are always excluded.

Built as a multi-tenant application
Every query is scoped to the signed-in user's organization on the server. Switching organizations requires an active membership; a guessed record ID from another workspace returns 'not found'.

Runs without credentials
The public website and the whole interface work with an empty .env. Integrations show their real state: unconfigured services say exactly which variables are missing instead of displaying a fake 'Connected' badge.
